Bianca leads Dorado's growth strategy, creative vision, and partner development, overseeing client outreach, go-to-market strategy, and campaign execution to ensure programs deliver measurable impact and align with client priorities. She guides the team in turning big-picture goals into scalable activation strategies. Before joining Dorado, Bianca held marketing leadership roles at the BC Lions and TELUS, where she built brand campaigns, drove go-to-market readiness, and fueled revenue growth across diverse channels. She focuses on creating strategies that connect brands with audiences and drive meaningful business results.
Senior Business Analyst
Brayden leads Dorado's reporting, financial tracking, and performance analytics, turning program data into clear and actionable insights that inform smarter decisions. He partners with the team and clients to optimize strategy, monitor KPIs, and ensure every activation delivers measurable results. He brings experience from his time at TELUS, where he was recognized for his expertise in data stewardship, helping design programs that consistently drove high sales and achieved targets.
Marketing Program Manager
With a background in retail marketing, Clay led customer engagement initiatives across high-profile shopping centres, including Oakridge Park - Canada's largest redevelopment project. He now brings his expertise to Dorado overseeing mall program management and serving as the key liaison for kiosk activations - securing prime placements and ensuring every footprint is built for visibility and performance. He also supports experiential design and go-to-market readiness, aligning each activation with the right offers, promotions, and client priorities.
Marketing Operations Manager
Sandy drives Dorado's creative design and social media strategy, bringing the brand to life through engaging content, compelling visuals, and consistent messaging across platforms. She also manages the day-to-day logistics of Mall and Events programs, ensuring seamless activations, event readiness, and smooth coordination across multiple locations. Sandy brings experience from her time as Communications and Social Media Manager at a SaaS startup, where she led brand messaging, content strategy, and digital engagement initiatives.
